It's been a strange day...
About six or seven months ago, the stapler from the desk in my office went missing. It had been labelled with my name because things here go missing quite often and so I knew that it had gone astray. So, I ordered a new one from the stationery company that we deal with, all the time concerned that I got one of a decent quality but that would not be that expensive. Since that time, the new one has come and gone.
Today, however, out of the blue, the one that had originally gone missing suddenly appeared at the photocopy machine in the hall. My supervisor found it and brought it to my desk. She was as perplexed as I had been (and still am) about this kind of Bermuda Triangle incident...
Where do missing office supplies go?
